Established during the 50th anniversary of Pride in the UK, Hinckley Pride plans to support our LGBTQ+ community and celebrate by embracing all cultures, sexualities and genders within our borough. We are a volunteer-led not-for-profit organisation whose ethos is to promote tolerance, diversity, inclusion and education within the communities of Hinckley and Bosworth.

This will be done by organising events, bringing the LGBTQ+ community together and educating the wider community to ensure that those who identify as LGBTQ+ can feel safe in their hometown and live without fear or prejudice. Our events will increase the visibility of the LGBTQ+ community locally, highlight the real concerns felt in the neighbourhood, and engage with local and national organisations to educate our town to foster a friendlier, safer place.
