We are excited to invite back local businesses to be a part of Hinckley Pride 2024! This is an incredible opportunity for catering, retail, health and wellbeing, as well as local charities and service providers to showcase their services to our vibrant LGBTQ+ community and beyond.

 

At Hinckley Pride, we have a range of pitches available for businesses interested in participating. Whether you want to promote your products, services, or raise awareness about your organisation, this event offers a platform to connect with a diverse audience.

 

If you are interested in having a pitch at Hinckley Pride, please complete the form below. We would love to hear from you and discuss how we can collaborate to make this event a memorable experience for all.

 

Please note that stallholders will need to provide their own chairs, tables, gazebos, or tents. Pitches are set at 3x3 meters and can be booked as a single or double plot. The prices for these pitches are as follows:

Charities – FREE
(please contact the team to enquire if your organisation is eligible)

Health and Wellbeing  - £30 Single / £50 Double
(only applicable to stalls not trading on the day)

Retail Trader - £60 Single / £100 Double

Catering, Food, Beverages - £100 Single – £150 Double

 

Alcohol/Bar Providers – Price on Application

Spaces are limited therefore all businesses, charities and organisations will need to apply for a plot. This will ensure a wide variety of choices for our attendees and limit direct competition for our affiliated organisations. To apply for a plot, please complete the form below.

Once approved, you will be required to pay a deposit to book your plot, this will be 50% of your pitch fee.
